Who it is for

sched.fyi for iPhone is the owner app for businesses that take bookings on sched.fyi. Owners and staff use it. Customers never need it: they book from your link in a browser, with no app, account or sign-in.

The calendar shows every booking by service and staff, who is in session now, and what is waiting on you. Switch between today, the day, the week and just your own schedule, or step back to the month.

Act in one tap

Approve or decline requests, mark a booking served or no-show, move it to another slot, reassign staff, and add a walk-in against real availability rather than a guessed slot.

Settle money your way

Customers pay by bank transfer or GCash and attach their proof. You review the proof image and approve. sched.fyi never says money arrived until you say so: bookings are attested and approved, never marked paid on their own.

A searchable directory with paused, conflict, quiet and low-credit filters, plus each client's bookings and package ledger.

Run the business from your pocket

Services, hours and date overrides, branches, team and invites, resources, packages, booking rules, payment instructions, reminders and alerts. The appearance editor and the booking-form composer open on the web inside the app.

What it costs

The app is a free download for every sched.fyi business. A business on a trial can subscribe to the Notebook or Chain plan in the app with an Apple subscription, monthly or yearly, with one month free the first time, or keep managing the plan on the website. Payments from your customers to you stay outside the app.

Latest release

Version 1.0.3, 16 October 2026: the field you are typing in stays above the keyboard, including the client's name when you add a booking, and a class with several ClassPass open-spot emails counts as one decision rather than one per email. Version 1.0.2 (7 October) brought faster dashboard and calendar loading, clearer booking dates with the day of the week, improved instructor assignment and calendar visibility, and better handling of ClassPass reservation and cancellation emails.
