How to read this page

One entry per release, newest first. Web dates are the day the change reached sched.fyi; iPhone dates are App Store release dates in the Philippines. This page is updated as releases land.

17 Oct	ClassPass cancellations apply on their own. When a ClassPass cancellation names a reservation sched.fyi holds, the booking is cancelled, the seat is freed and the record says Cancelled automatically. A cancellation that matches no booking, or whose reservation was already cancelled, closes quietly. Near misses wait in the Inbox for you. On by default; switch it off in Settings → ClassPass and every cancellation waits for your approval instead.
17 Oct	Ask for phone. Choose whether your booking form requires a mobile number, makes it optional or hides it. With Optional or Off, the form asks for an email address instead, and Optional accepts any international number. A booking with no number your SMS provider can reach is confirmed by email, with the calendar invite and a link to view or cancel, and gets a reminder email the day before when booked more than a day ahead.
16 Oct	Time atlas and My window, schedule-first booking layouts for studios whose every service is a class. Time atlas puts every class on one timetable, dates across and start times down, with My window as an optional filter. My window starts from when the student is free (Anytime, Morning, Evening or exact times) and lists only the classes that fit. Seat counts come from live availability, and on a desktop the page is one column over your blurred cover photo. Both are premium layouts.
16 Oct	sched.fyi for iPhone 1.0.3. The field you are typing in stays above the keyboard, including the client's name when you add a booking. A class with several ClassPass open-spot emails counts as one decision, not one per email.
15 Oct	Dated classes on closed days. A one-off class shows on its date even when that day has no opening hours, so a studio whose timetable changes every week can keep its weekly hours closed and add dated classes instead.
15 Oct	Day view on a phone. Booking rows on the day view no longer squeeze to half the screen; the count of cases from your data now sits inside the day.
13 Oct	One-press ClassPass cancellations, one spots decision per class. A cancellation that names one booking is a single press: Cancel booking or Keep the booking. All of a class's open-spot emails become one decision, how many spots ClassPass gets, and the Inbox, the class panel, the calendar and the phone count decisions the same way. A spots question stops asking once your hold matches, and classes that have started move under Past classes.
9 Oct	Calendar blocks are exactly as tall as their booked time. A 45-minute class draws 45 minutes whatever its roster; lines that do not fit are hidden whole, and +N more opens the class.
9 Oct	ClassPass decisions, one card per class. Each class's questions are asked one at a time. Payments and booking requests come first; a ClassPass question moves ahead only when its class starts within three hours. A held ClassPass cancellation can be applied from the card, and a stepper sets how many spots ClassPass holds on a date.
8 Oct	Collapsible days in the owner week calendar. Collapse one day or all days at once; a collapsed day keeps its date, booking count and hours in the header, and Edit hours stays where it was.
8 Oct	ClassPass intake reads only reservations and cancellations. Daily rosters and class reminders are ignored before parsing, and returning customers are matched to their earlier bookings. ClassPass is hidden from public booking pages; held-seat protection stays internal.
7 Oct	sched.fyi for iPhone 1.0.2. Faster dashboard and calendar loading, booking dates with the day of the week, improved instructor assignment and calendar visibility, better handling of ClassPass reservation and cancellation emails.
7 Oct	Owner booking analytics in the dashboard.
6 Oct	Weekdays on bookings, and calendar work routed to class instructors. Dashboard calendar reads are batched, so the owner calendar loads faster.
5 Oct	iPhone app parity: classes, the Inbox and the copilot now match the web.
3 Oct	Customer booking redesign. Members spend credits and buy packs from the booking page, with a dedicated packages page. The ClassPass door this added to public pages was removed again on 8 Oct (see that entry).
2 Oct	ClassPass in the owner tools. An Inbox queue for ClassPass decisions, a seats-first panel, a monthly statement page and one settings page, enabled per business.
1 Oct	Download page for the iPhone app at sched.fyi/app, with the App Store badge and a Smart App Banner on the site.

30 Sep	Dated classes. Class occurrences carry their own date actions; a dated class panel in the calendar; Inbox follow-ups and copilot tools for classes. ClassPass bookings get a monthly ledger and per-occurrence held allocation.
23 Sep	Live trials get the full page. Booking-page themes and templates, trust signals and staff assignment during the trial; SMS reminders during a trial, capped at 50. Apple's free month can be used inside a live trial.
22 Sep	Trial pause. When a trial lapses, the public booking link pauses, with a warning before and a calm banner after. Package sales pause without stranding a buyer.
21 Sep	Apple in-app subscriptions for Notebook and Chain, with the server as the authority. Marketing visitors go straight into the build-first flow.
20 Sep	Build before you sign up. The build-first owner onboarding: an owner builds the page first, with resumable drafts, come-back emails, business-aware setup questions and intake presets, and a next-setup-task card; where sched.fyi is not open yet, owners join an access waitlist (there is no customer booking waitlist).
